A tropical wave, the ITCZ, and a trough system producing heavy rainfall have triggered an Adverse Weather Alert for Trinidad and Tobago.
A tropical wave, accompanied by a trade wind surge, and a trough, are all forecast to affect Trinidad and Tobago over the next five days.
