The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has commenced the final collation of results for the Katsina State governorship election at the Katsina State INEC office.
Ogun State has 20 local governments. After the conduct of elections at the polling units and results are announced, collation is done at the ward level, the local government level and finally at the State collation centre.
While 11 governors are seeking re-election, new candidates are vying for the governorship seats of the remaining 17 states.
The final collation of results for the Akwa Ibom governorship election has commenced as results from the 31 Local Government Areas (LGAs) began coming in. The Electoral Officers of each LGA would present the result of their domain to the Resident Electoral Officer at the state collation centre.
