What is going on with F1, we've had more controversy again from the FIA about grid penalties this time with a 3 place drop only setting Lewis Hamilton back 2 places being the main confusion and the only drivers that are starting where they qualified are Charles Leclerc in pole and Romain Grosjean in 11th, We'll try to explain what we think is going on, but once again the FIA have managed to confuse everyone. That aside we've got a Grand PRix today and for only the 2nd time this season we've got a Ferrari on pole position, hopefully Charles Leclerc will have the car to make the most of it today after he was let down by a control electronics problem on his last pole in Bahrain. Can he do it? Can Mercedes recover from 3rd & 4th on the grid and can Sebastian Vettel make up the places that he lost when he wasn't anle to take part in Q3 yesterday?
