總統馬英九今（20）日將發表上任七周前、最後一次就職周年演說，府方透露馬總統將以「說真實故事」的方式，以庶民為主角，呈現七年來的執政成績，真誠以對7年來的績效，面對在野黨各種指控，也會找來民眾現身說法。府方也說，馬總統絕對不會留下爛攤子給下任總統。
