बिहार में दूसरे दौर की वोटिंग शुरू हो गई है। लोग घरों से निकल कर पोलिंग बूथ तक पहुंच रहे हैं। लोगों में वोटिंग को लेकर खासा उत्साह देखने को मिल रहा है। कई जगहों पर लंबी-लंबी लाइनें दिख रही हैं। दूसरे चरण में बिहार के ज्यादातर नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में आज वोट डाले जा रहे हैं इसके लिए प्रशासन को खासी मश्क्कत करनी पड़ी है। इस दौर में 32 सीटों पर चुनावी संग्राम है। खास बात है कि 32 में से 23 सीटों पर मतदान वक्त से पहले थम जाएगा क्योंकि ये नक्सल प्रभावित हैं। आपको बता रहे हैं पल-पल का अपडेट-
