On Saturday 26th March 2016 the renowned IAAF/Cardiff University World Half Marathon Championships will arrive in Cardiff, Wales, for what is set to be one of the most prestigious and enthralling UK endurance events of recent years. Run in the same race on the same course as the world’s best athletes and earn your own world championship medal.

Afghanistan have come close but have found it difficult to close onto the games, they did well in the last game against South Africa and that should give Afghanistan the confidence to do well against the English team which has a history of being upset in ICC tournaments. This is an important match for England and they will also want to win it big to improve the net run rate. Afghanistan has a team that won’t let the English walk away with an easy win, and that makes it an interesting contest
