Forventet opløb ca. kl. 16.15 Rute: Karrebæksminde - Næstved - Fensmark - Holme Olstrup - Gisselfeld Slot - Dalby - Karise - Vallø Slot - Køge - Karlslunde Strand -Vallensbæk - Frederiksberg. Der afsluttes med 10 omgange á 6,0 km.
