Formula 1 comes home! We're at Silverstone this weekend for the British Grand Prix (well we're not, we're still in the Isle of Man and haven't managed to get to a race to do the live blog from the circuit, but you know what we mean) and we could be in for another unpredictable race after Austria 2 weeks ago. The circuit has got a new surface that has only been finished in the last couple of weeks, there's a chance of rain and there's a coupe of red cars that aren't as fast as they looked at the start of Friday's practice session. We could be in for an interesting afternoon's racing and Paul, Sian & Chris will be here to take you though it...

Valtteri Bottas reed zichzelf zaterdag naar pole position op het circuit van Silverstone. Dat vond zijn Mercedes-teamgenoot Lewis Hamilton niet zo leuk: hij was 0.006 seconden langzamer en kwalificeerde zich op P2. En dat terwijl het voor Hamilton in Engeland zijn thuisrace is. Max Verstappen was 2 tienden langzamer dan Bottas en start daardoor op P4. Charles Leclerc start voor Verstappen en achter Hamilton.
