Will the ICJ's ruling that Israel is an apartheid state have consequences?

Israel has continued to bomb Gaza, evict Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem and now extended its campaign to Yemen. Will there be pressure for it to change course following the ICJ ruling that it is committing apartheid against Palestinians and should pay reparations to them.
