San Francisco Police Commission hearing on Dolores "hill bomb" arrests

The July 12 Police Commission hearing where dozens of parents and advocates, plus two teenagers, spoke at City Hall to decry the mass arrests of 113 people, 81 of them juveniles, at Dolores Park after the "hill bomb" skating event.
