The Ghana national U-17 football team known as the Black Starlets, the youngest team that represents Ghana in football make a return to the FIFA World Cup after exactly a decade of not qualifying to the tournament. The Black Starlets, won the FIFA U-17 World Cup twice – in 1991 and 1995 under the stewardship of German coach Otto Pfister and the late Ghanaian Coach Sam Arday.
