Tracking Tropical Storm Colin

Parts of Florida, including Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, are under a tropical storm warning as Colin continues its Northeastward trajectory from the Gulf of Mexico towards the Florida peninsula. The storm's center is forecast to arrive in Jacksonville just after midnight Monday.
