Election Day 2016: Essex voters have their say on local and PCC elections

Voters across Essex have started heading out to the polling stations to have their say on who will represent them over the next few years. Alongside the election of a new Police and Crime Commissioner for the county, there are a number of local elections taking place across Essex.
