Arizona Navy Vet Gets Guns Back, Thanks to SAF and Marc Victor

I was honored to both represent Mr. Rick Bailey and to work with the Second Amendment Foundation in our effort to reclaim Mr. Bailey's firearms. Fortunately, after a contested evidentiary hearing, we were successful in convincing the judge to release all of Mr. Bailey's firearms immediately. After the hearing, Mr. Bailey promptly retrieved all his firearms without issue. It is my opinion that Mr. Bailey's firearms should not have been seized in the first place, and I am happy to have been able to reverse this injustice.
